Introducing… Project 10, the third and final digital demonstrator project here at TIES Living Lab. The project is delivered by partners Loop, Kier Construction and Akerlof.
Project Objectives:
- Establish social value metrics that inform the generic framework for creating benchmarks within infrastructure and construction
- Research and establish the interrelationships between Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and social value
- Develop a model for social value measurement that captures the impact of MMC for transport infrastructure
- Advocate and promote the importance of social value assessment within the decision-making process
Project Outcomes:
- Agreement of a methodology for quantification of social value
- Definition and agreement of performance metrics for quantification of social value
- Development of a digital toolset for quantification
- Enhanced awareness and understanding of social value amongst TIES Living Lab partners and the broader industry
